How we handle your enquiry details.
Information you share
When you enquire, request a quote or referral discount, or provide feedback, we receive the name, phone number, message and any optional details you enter. Chat also collects the contact details and message you provide.
How we use it
We use these details to respond, discuss your pool project, handle feedback and manage the customer relationship. Forms and chat are processed using our customer-management provider, GoHighLevel / LeadConnector. This site is hosted by Cloudflare.
Customer follow-up
When a completed customer is added to our follow-up system, their details may be used for review requests and customer follow-up. If you prefer not to receive further messages, reply STOP to a text or contact Tony.
Your choices
To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop further contact, email tonybritain@hotmail.co.uk or call +44 7414 145548. We retain information for as long as needed to handle your request and the customer relationship.
